Sales Conveyancing Manager - Guildford

This firm is seeking a Sales Conveyancing Manager who will be responsible for managing the conveyancing work undertaken on behalf of new builders in relation to the sale of leasehold and freehold properties.

The role will involve the day to day management of the development of the sales team, drafting and issuing contract papers, invoicing and closing files and keeping client up to date on the process.

Ideally you will be an experienced Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or a conveyancer preferably with experience of working in a Development Sales environment with strong academics and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
