Opportunity for experienced Registered Manager to manage and oversee supported living services within Kent (Dover, Ashford & Folkestone


The organisation is a specialist care provider with over 55 services across Kent, supporting adults with highly complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses within residential and supported living environments.


With multiple CQC ratings of 'Outstanding' they are proud of their ability to provide high quality care to individuals who have struggled to maintain other mainstream placements or have spent time within secure settings, and reintegrate them back into thewider community to pursue social, personal, or vocational development opportunities.


The Role


We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager from the care sector to oversee services within the supported living provision.


You will oversee a cluster of services and the support of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses who are prone to exhibiting incidents of challenging behaviour.

You will have gained experience in supporting complex individualsand the associated challenges this presents, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve outcomes which assist the reduction of incidents alongside those individuals.


You will receive input from our in-house PBS Practitioner and work alongside your support staff to implement positive and proactive strategies which assist in the early intervention of incidents to reduce anxieties of the individuals.

Your team will support service users to achieve their goals and will activelyseek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities, and other initiatives.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary of up to £38,000, dependent on experience
