Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO


The Savvy Collection is a collection of companies operating Hotels, a training company and supports other operators based in Liverpool & Chester.


Duties Include:


  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organize company files
  • Manage and maintain a calendar for meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Support Social Media activity and scheduling
  • Support in basic website upkeep, blogging and alike
  • Support, record, produce minutes, etc.
  • Provide general support to visitors, clients, etc.
  • Influential on decisions and direction of the company
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO or Executive team

Skills:


  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with proficiency in other computer programs (e.g., Kartra, Word Press) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media content creative
  • Knowledge or history with marketing experience

Salary:
From £27,500.00 per year
