This post is required to support clinical leadership on the ward, with a focus on the safety and quality aspects of Patient care.

The role is critical to the timely management of incidents, supporting the MDT and driving the patients input to co-produced services.

This role is critical to our retention strategy, ensuring the ward team benefits from visible clinical support/direction and it enables a firm career structure for succession planning.

We are looking for Clinical Leads in the following areas:

Child and Adolescents Learning Disabilities

Individual Packages of Care service
- a service for individuals with Learning Disabilities in small individualised packages that support and work alongside a move to commit providers.

Male Medium Secure(Forensic) Learning Disabilities

Male low secure(forensic) Learning Disabilities

Male Low secure (forensic) Autism.

Full time and part time applicants will be considered, though a minimum of 22.5 hrs is required.
