Pure Energy are a market leading renewable energy company based in Essex installing a wide range of award-winning products.As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Passing messages onto relevant team members
- Following up with customers regarding their installations
- Contacting customers with updates to engineers' diaries
- Perform customer service tasks for existing customers based on their queries, reconnecting monitoring devices, offering remote support on products, etc
- Assisting the team with any administrative duties
- Ensuring all shared spreadsheets are updated daily
- Liaising with follow employees, suppliers, and customers
- Following up daily with the install teams regarding their current projects
- Invoicing and following up/obtaining payments
- Completing/sending customer handover paperwork
- Registering warranty documents
Experience/Qualifications:
- Proficient with technology and experience with IT systems (crucial)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (crucial)
- Previous experience within a B2C role (crucial)
- Previous experience with invoicing/payments via B2C (crucial)
- Experience with CRM software (bonus)
- Previous experience within Renewable Sector (bonus)
- General understanding of Android and iOS devices along with Windows and Mac operating systems (bonus)
This would be an office-based role, based in Thurrock, Essex.

Contract length: 9 months
Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
