We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of the opening and launch of our new restaurant. If you are creative, passionate about creating cocktails and drinks then we want to hear from you.
Farzi is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to take charge of a busy operation.
The Head Waiter/Waitress is to provide great customer service while performing the regular waiter duties, as well as managing your fellow waiters.
We're looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress who has:
- To have a good knowledge and understanding of all food and drink menus and an in-depth knowledge of those for your department to ensure the best service for the customer and oversee the restaurant service.
- A passion for delivering fantastic service and creating the perfect experience for our guests
- Oversee and manage the restaurant department during service.
- To train new starters on basic techniques and the specific expectations and producers in the restaurant.
- Develop junior staff and motivate the restaurant department.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Confident and welcoming personality.
- Support in the achievement of up selling to customers.
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Supervisor is welcome.
- To observe the Company's rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by their Manager, supervisor or the duty manager.
