As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their customerservice skills further.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer service calls in line with company processes and procedures
  • Providing customers with advice on how to test their systems
  • Booking visits and liaising with customers regarding bookings
  • Providing a world class customer service over the telephone
  • Logging all information accurately on the inhouse system
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
Hours

4 weeks training 8.30am-4pm in Salford Quays and then shifts are 4 on and 4 off. You would work 2 days 7am-7pm and then 2 nights 7pm-7am. (42 hours a week)

What you will need:

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to empathise with the customer
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Ideally phonebased customer service experience
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to take ownership over each customer query
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • A passion for customer service
  • Excellent team player


If successful, you will be required to pass a strict reference vetting process covering the last 5 years including a criminal record check.
