CSP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Process Operator to join our well established client on a permanent

basis.
You'll be based at their busy factory located on the outskirts of Chester City Centre, working average 36 hours per week on rotating shifts.

Shifts:
Week - Monday to Thursday: 5:45am to 1:45pm, and Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm

Week - Monday to Thursday: 1:45pm to 10:30pm

Shifts rotate, all applicants must be available to work both shift patterns.

Pay Rate:
The basic pay rate is £11.77 per hour. As this is a shift position, you will be on a shift premium rate of £14.71 per hour

The Role

As a Process Operator, you'll receive full training enabling you to carry out the production / manufacturing process on your designated production cell, producing sheet lead using various machine methods including the rolling mill, slitter, and saw operation

Your duties will include:

Achieving the production targets set for the department
Highlighting and communicating any minor faults which may cause delay to production
Ensuring all operating conditions are correct before commencing manufacture
Ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe at all times
Maintaining accurate records of production
Contributing to daily shop floor team meetings
