Role Purpose
We are recruiting for a fluent Spanish and English speaking Client Services Specialist with solid SAP Order Management experience to actively manage client accounts.
Key Activities
Your role will involve active management of several client accounts within a specific region, including the set up and amendment of master data, processing orders, shipments, complaints, and queries.
You'll be responsible for storage and organisation of data related to the role, in line with agreed guidelines, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
When required, you will also support customers in other regions, with hands-on management of customer purchase orders, tracking, invoicing, filing, and answering general order-related customer queries.
- You will liaise and collaborate with other departments within the business including, but not limited to, Commercial Teams and Supply Chain and Logistics, with a view to sharing customer information and facilitating best practice across the business. You will actively participate in crossfunctional initiatives and meetings, to help you understand additional customer and business needs
Experience required:
- Solid experience of SAP Order Management is essential
- Fluency, written and spoken German (a MUST), Spanish and English is essential
- Experience of export in either a customer service or logistics background is preferred
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and their function and usage in a regulated environment
- Business knowledge in relation to finance and distribution process and how this relates to client services
- Minimum 2 years' logistics, supply chain or client services experience in a businesstobusiness environment
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sectors or heavily regulated environments is key
