Delivery leads are responsible for delivering a quality service and creating business value for our customers.

Delivering a world class service and creating value:
Creating SOW (Statements of work), deliverables making sure they are linked to our customers business outcomes & deliver value

Stakeholder management, creating and building relationships with C-suite, business, tech leadership and our leads.

Delivery best practice making sure we have a high level & consistent service across all our customers.

Supporting our customers upskilling their teams & build self-sustainability.


Work with our leads to build effective teams and make sure they are all looked after and cared for so they can do the best job they can.

Supporting other functions, proposals & pitches, building talent pipelines, marketing and commercial and finance.


What we are looking for:
Experience creating statements of work and linking back to meaningful business outcomes and value.

Experience and love of building meaningful & valuable relationships with C-suite, tech leadership, business and our leads and teams.

Have experience of delivering data, platform, cloud projects with best practice; agile, DevOps, security, cloud and other best practice.

Love of training and upskilling teams to become independent.

People first approach to running teams effective providing a safe yet high performing culture.

Ability to present & write content about how we deliver and create value through delivery best practice.
