Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Manage the front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client checkins
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trends
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist with store management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Hairdressing
- Proven experience working as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in mentoring or training junior stylists is advantageous

Licence/Certification:
- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)
