Description
We're always on the lookout for bright people to join our team

We are an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and commercial business advisors. Our clients are spread throughout south Wales, the Midlands and the London area. We look after businesses ranging from sole traders to companies in international quoted groups.

When the firm was created in 1991 the partners wanted to establish an accountancy practice which was professional, commercial, effective at solving clients' problems and also user-friendly.

We are clear about our marketplace. Our focus is serving privately owned businesses, the entrepreneurs who run them and those who have generated private wealth. We are looking to recruit a trainee to become a Chartered Tax Advisor in our Tax Department.

What you can expect
We offer a challenging but supporting environment on route to becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Your work will involve communicating with clients and colleagues on a regular basis, to help clients meet their tax compliance obligations and provide ad-hoc tax advice.

We offer our trainees early responsibility, lots of variety, challenge and stimulation. All trainees are supported well and are appointed a mentor. We have excellent staff retention, flexible working and offer quick progression in your career.

Training provided

We provide a three year, fully funded Chartered Institute of Tax study support package to become a Chartered Tax Advisor.

The support package includes paid study and exam time with one of the leading, well recognised national specialist training providers.

Whilst completing the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification you will be trained and mentored by managers within the firm to be able to prepare personal tax, corporate tax and trust tax returns and manage the day-to-day affairs of a range of clients as well as assist with tax advisory projects.
