An exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join
Minster for
East Anglia.

We operate field-based with one day in the office giving flexibility and ability to share knowledge openly with a very collaborative spirit.

The role of
Area Sales Manager will involve field sales selling a range of insulation and dry lining solutions into main contractor, sub-contractors, and many of our other customers.

Your focus will be to maximise sales potential by increasing product sales and achieving growth of the customer base through effective management of the portfolio of customers.

Minster, specialist insulation, dry lining, fire protection, façade, roofing and ceilings solutions distributor.

Since 2004, our business has continued to grow, and we now have 27 dedicated branches and distribution facilities working hard to service customersnationwide.

To be considered for
Area Sales Manager, you need:

Proven experience within an external construction sales environment.
Similar or direct product knowledge would be advantageous.
Ability to work well within a team to deliver results within internal and external teams.
Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively.
Good track record of sales achievements.

To be successful as
Area Sales Manager you will:

Develop, own and manage personal customer portfolio.
Develop effective supplier relationships and attending customer appointments.
Seeking and securing opportunity for new business.
Pricing customer projects.
Working with the branch and supporting to deliver excellent customer service.
