We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment officer with the vision, passion, and energy to drive growth and deliver against commercial and customer goals to join the Fostering & Permanence Shared Service.


The job holder will oversee the recruitment process for foster carers, planning and delivering distinctive and compelling marketing activity and provide ongoing insight and analysis to understand performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth and follow best practice.


Reporting to the principal social worker, this is a permanent part-time position based in our Hammersmith and Fulham office but the post holder will ensure strong visibility and links with our bi-borough colleagues in Westminster City Council & The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea are maintained.


You will have a substantial experience in marketing or copy writing with knowledge and experience of marketing strategies, exceptional organisational skills and a keen interest in achieving best outcomes for children.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Writing and placing adverts and overseeing the recruitment process for foster carers.
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders, continuous development of inmarket activity and completing associated administrative tasks.
  • Leading bestinclass marketing campaigns, as well as planning & delivering distinctive and compelling marketing activity to maximise the recruitment of foster carers.
  • Providing ongoing insight and analysis to understand performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth and follow best practice.
