Senior Legal Counsel - London - Retail - Hybrid role
Astral Legal have partnered with a global retailer as they are looking to expand their Legal team. You will have responsibility for advising their international business on legal and regulatory matters and all commercial matters.

You will draft and negotiatecommercial contracts on a wide range of commercial contracts including retail, distribution, store design and marketing.

Duties of a Senior Legal Counsel;

  • Excellent knowledge of commercial and contract law, ideally across global jurisdictions.
  • Experience handling and advising on antitrust issues in a retail business alongside general compliance Legal issues.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders including finance, marketing etc.
  • Supporting the overall Legal team with a variety of legal issues.


The ideal Senior Legal Counsel will have experience of working In-House or have carried out a secondment ideally in an FMCG or retail industry.
