We are looking to recruit for a small, friendly and inviting office in Harrow full of positive and long-standing team members.

They are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has worked within the engineering business or if they have repairs andmaintenance experience this can also be considered

However, they could be open to recruiting a bubbly, positive and experienced sales support/customer service administrator.

Personality is key for this team as they are a small team.


Account Manager duties:


  • Managing reactive maintenance issues
  • Making sure all documentation is on the system
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Scheduling engineers
  • Allocating jobs
  • Updating customers
