We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to work alongside our consultants in Glasgow & Edinburgh offices.Client Details

Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Sales Support utilising LinkedIn and our internal CRM to pull together data for business development campaigns,
- Producing bespoke documents to be used at client pitches,
- Preparing presentations for internal / external meetings,
- Arranging quarterly events
- Elite Clubs, Red Letters, BBQ, Christmas Party,
- Organising all new start onboarding equipment (phone, laptop),
- Booking travel for employees,
- Adhoc tasks
Profile
- Experience working in a similar role,
- Experience working in a fast paced environment,
- Ability to prioritise workload,
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
Job Offer
