This is a superb opportunity to work within an excellent and established finance department for a great business based near Tunbridge Wells.
You will be working alongside a wider team of 8-9 people and you will be focused on a range of transactional finance activities, which include...
- Processing payments
- Purchase Ledger activities
- Issuing of credit notes
- Billing
- Bank Recs on a weekly and monthly basis
- General admin work
This would suit someone who perhaps has some finance/ finance admin experience already and at an early stage in their AAT studies.
- Have some experience of a finance assistant/ finance admin type role, focused on some of the above duties
- Be an early stage AAT studier (ie. level 2 though, please note that those fully AAT qualified may be deemed too experienced/ progressive for this particular role)
- Be bright and eager to learn
- Be comfortable working with pace and accuracy
- Favourable working hours
