This is a superb opportunity to work within an excellent and established finance department for a great business based near Tunbridge Wells.

You will be working alongside a wider team of 8-9 people and you will be focused on a range of transactional finance activities, which include...


  • Processing payments
  • Purchase Ledger activities
  • Issuing of credit notes
  • Billing
  • Bank Recs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • General admin work


This would suit someone who perhaps has some finance/ finance admin experience already and at an early stage in their AAT studies.


  • Have some experience of a finance assistant/ finance admin type role, focused on some of the above duties
  • Be an early stage AAT studier (ie. level 2 though, please note that those fully AAT qualified may be deemed too experienced/ progressive for this particular role)
  • Be bright and eager to learn
  • Be comfortable working with pace and accuracy
  • Favourable working hours
