One to One Recruitment_ are working in partnership with EnergyForce. A_ small,
rapidly expanding Yorkshire business that provides business energy solutions, commercial solar PV installations, EV car charging stations and solar battery storage solutions nationally.


Due to this expansion, a new full time, permanent position has been created for an
Aftersales Solutions Coordinator is pivotal to the success and continual growth of the company by assisting in the effective and timely delivery of their aftersales as well as Operations & Maintenance services.


The role also involves the following:

  • Using cloud-based services and management software you will be identifying, logging and supporting the delivery of a successful Operations & Maintenance service to existing clients supporting EnergyForce and third-party products.
  • Liaising with strategic partners as well as clients to ensure effective delivery and resolution of problems.
  • Liaising with approved contractors for updates and ensuring all service requests are undertaken
  • Maintaining the company's exceptional level of customer communication and satisfaction.
  • Adhering to stringent timelines and upholding the high standards of Health & Safety; communicating to management the status of all ongoing support contracts ensuring targets and KPI's are exceeded.

This role demands an individual who is capable of adapting to a varied solution portfolio, all having differing compliance legislative and support processes.

Previous experience of working within a 'technical' environment is essential.

Attention to detailand being process driven is a must, the ability to work on your own as well as a team is pivotal as is exceptional communication skills to ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional customer service.


Salary £30-35K
