About the role
We've got too much driver demand and need more parking to offer them.

This exciting role as Sales Associate, reporting to our Head of Growth, and mentored by our Sales Lead, will be responsible for growing parking supply by closing Space Owners who drop-off during the self-serve onboarding funnel + support the B2B sales team to help accelerate their sales cycle.

You'll love selling and have the creativity to identify improvements to our Sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll work to increase revenue through sales activities that increase acquisition of new supply & optimise our existing supply.

You will use your sales skills to identify the highest impact interventions we can make through experiments, measure their impact, and scale the best performers.


  • Increase conversion of Space Owners who start onboarding a listing to live, by experimenting with interventions at different points through the funnel, proving the best & scaling them
  • Win back of high value churned peertopeer listings
  • Persuade high potential Space Owners to optimise their listing settings to increase performance
  • Support B2B Sales team to accelerate their sales cycle
  • Creation of draft listings for prospects
  • Lead Generation
  • Convert smaller inbound leads, working closely with our BDM

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be comfortable picking up the phone
  • you'll be able to chat to anyone and make them feel at ease.
  • Creative / able to craft new high converting scripts / approaches (as you'll be defining new sales processes, not just implementing existing ones)
  • You'll be a world class communicator with flawless written and spoken English.
  • You'll be eager and a gogetter. You find value in executing and have a strong bias towards action.
  • You won't take setbacks to heart in a sales role you'll need to keep moving forward
  • Possess strong skills in word, excel and be willing to learn new tools such as HubSpot.
  • Be able to prioritise your own time and analyse opportunities presented to you.
  • Min 2 years sales experience.
