Infrastructure Tax M&A Deals - Big - London
Up to £80K + Car allowance

My Big 4 client is looking to recruit at Manager and Senior Manager level within the infrastructure tax team in M&A.

This team work with a wide range of clients in the energy, telecoms and wider infrastructure sectors.

This role includes due diligence and structuring transactions and have advising on various pan-European and global acquisitions, IPOs, refinancings, restructurings and disposals.

They are looking for a CTA qualified individual, with experience in transactions, demonstrable experience offering seamless advice taking into account local country tax issues (both in the UK and internationally) and also the wider objectives of the investorsand other stakeholders.

The team are looking to recruit due to double digit revenue growth over the last 12 months, proving this to be an exceptional time to join this hugely successful team.
