You will join the Upfield Way Centre of Excellence Team to drive training activities across all functions, undertaking companywide stakeholder management to help creation and maintenance of all training documentation as relevant to business process flows, and supporting the head of Operational Excellence in generating statistics for ExCo and Steer Co.

Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking all gaps in training and facilitating them for closure by working with the business resources from the markets and IT resources as necessary.


The focus of the role is to track and collate training documentation and create a single source of truth to support project and change management.

We are looking for a training champion with business process flow experience, and who can display a proactive attitude with key stakeholders and is a clear communicator.

All this whilst gaining experience on key transformational projects across Upfield.


You will be part of the Center of Excellence team within Upfield and report into the Head of Process Excellence.

On a day-to-day base, you will work together a lot with functional heads, Global process owners and the IT department.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate a thorough analysis of all new business requirements and facilitate initial approval for training documentation.
  • Play lead role and act as project manager on projects typically cross functional to get the training documented and delivered, and manage all Business Process documentation for Level 1, 2 & 3 in Cultivate and then maintain the same.
  • Manage Training content updates (localization of content and final approval) for LOC projects to ensure they are approved within the agreedupon schedule.
  • Handle the administrative functions associated with setting up inperson or live online education and training sessions for integration projects.
  • Track key data on new employee onboarding sessions on relevant training access, and completion.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?:

You will succeed in this role, when you bring any relevant experience (+3 years) in a training role, as business analyst or as Project analyst, preferably within an ERP Environment (SAP is pre).

You can drive requirement gathering sessions, you act as project manager and you drive deadlines, you get things done.

You identify gaps within current training documentation and you take ownership to drive solutions and improvements.

In addition;

  • Well organized, with dedication to quality and integrity.
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be a selfmotivator and enjoy solving problems.
  • Clear and effective communicator; excellent written and verbal skills.
