Job description
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join one of the world's top alcohol global brands.
The Change Partners are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on operations professional with proven experience owning core people, finance and operational processes that keep a growing business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Run end-to-end payroll and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage invoicing, payment tracking and month-end routines in coordination with external accountants.
Own day-to-day people operations including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration and record keeping.
Support hiring logistics, offer coordination and onboarding plans.
Provide light delivery and project support including timesheets, resource tracking and basic reporting.
Maintain operational rhythm through calendars, trackers and internal coordination.
Document and improve core operational processes to support scale and reduce risk.
Act as a professional point of contact for operational and administrative client queries when required.
What We're Looking For:
3–7 years of experience in operations, people ops or business operations.
Experience running payroll, invoicing and administrative workflows with discretion.
Strong organisational skills with a process-driven mindset.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-growing organisation.
