Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Duties:


  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Taleo
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with benefits providers
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
  • Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding
  • Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
