We are currently recruiting for a Head of Park F&B to join our talented Food and Beverage Team at one of London's favourite theme parks; Chessington World of Adventures.
Chessington World of Adventures Resort is a theme park, zoo and hotel complex.Aramark UK operates 2 hotel restaurants with Bars, Exciting corporate event spaces and over 22 F&B outlets in the park.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of F&B to manage our incredible park operation.What's in it for you:

A day in the life of a Head of F&B:
- Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations across the park
- Lead, manage, motivate, and inspire the food and beverage operations teams
- Ensure seamless and timely communications between the food and beverage department and all other departments within the park
- Be financially responsible for all aspects of the park P & L in relation to food, beverage, and wages.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and fivestar customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential
- Highend resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable
- Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B, Large Volume Holiday Parks, or Stadia preferable.
- A selfmotivated, driven, guestorientated and proactive attitude is also required
- The ability to prioritise activities, communicate, plan your time and coordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required
- Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential
