Description
The role of a Legal Associate Professional at ALLERTON & GLADSTONE LTD encompasses a wide range of legal responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation and success of our legal practice


Duties include:

Legal Consultation:

  • Provide initial legal advice and support to clients under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
  • Assist in analysing legal issues and developing effective legal strategies.

Case Management:

  • Support solicitors in handling a variety of legal cases within designated practice areas.
  • Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Client Representation:

  • Collaborate with solicitors in representing clients in court proceedings and legal negotiations.
  • Ensure the best interests of clients are upheld throughout legal proceedings.

Legal Research:

  • Conduct legal research to support solicitors in staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations.
  • Summarise legal precedents and relevant case law.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal ethics and professional standards under solicitor supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity and reputation of the legal practice.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and legal authorities.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports on case progress and legal activities.

Legal Innovation:

  • Contribute ideas to legal innovation and the development of effective legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance legal services.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support in organising and managing legal documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, court dates, and client meetings

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,200.00 per year
