Description

Manage, plan, organise workloads and take into account the operational requirements of the site.

Manage, plan, organise and implement apprenticeships, learning and general training programmes, including arrangement of supervision, shadowing, and on-the-job learning opportunities to apprentices and trainees.

Liaison with college representatives and provision of information with regards to college reviews and progress will also be required. Effectively diagnose engineering faults and initiate repairs.

Maintain records of all statutory requirements and services, so as to comply with relevant legislation, to include; evidence of PPM, evidence of reactive response times and resolution, Permit to Work systems, training etc.

Manage and carry out works under Minor New Works and Ward Allocation budgets, as requested by HDFT including management and delivery of all backlog capital works and improvement projects.
