Description

The opportunity:
To

fully support the operations team in the day-to-day management of the
production areas.

How you

will impact WestRock:

Provide administrative support to ensure that all systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Run mateff reports to manage material yields
Update the TMS anomalies in line with payroll demands
Produce and display all production KPI's
Holiday planning and administration of overtime
Compile data to assist the management team with any performance management
Support process improvement activities
Involvement in the site maintenance program
Support the planner and cover in their absence
Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
After the appropriate training conduct company quality/risk/other audits
Help coordinate the maintenance, and updates required for SOP WI documents

What you

need to succeed:

2-3 years of relevant administration responsibility
Experience of networking across multi-site organisation
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Effective verbal and listening skills
Effective written communication skills
Negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programmes
