My client in Hove is a Legal Recruitment Partner, they are a close-knit team who have a great training process for developing a junior recruiter into a high-performing consultant whilst still being able to have fun.

Salary - £23,000 - £26,000 plus commission. Homeworking two days a week (flexible).

We are currently recruiting a bright, savvy, motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is genuinely interested in building a financially rewarding career.

Not only will you receive job-based training, but you will also gain excellent all round commercial experience.

A typical day may look like:

Updating vacancy spreadsheets
Gaining a full understanding of the role and the client's expectations
Assisting with advertising jobs
Market Mapping and headhunting
You will also be asked to help the office with some administrative tasks when required, these may include:
Accurately record all conversations, CV sends, interviews and documents on the database

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills
Excellent IT skills including social media
Good at networking and rapport building
Good common sense, able to use initiative, able to think on their feet
Good English grammar and spelling
Attention to detail
Organised
Desire to learn
Desire to work hard and to work to targets

Personal Qualities:
Bright, savvy, confident communicator who is able to speak with people at all levels within in a business, good on the telephone, articulate, confident, bubbly, good sense of humour.
Eager and hardworking, not opposed to working in a sales environment or to targets and wants to make some money
