Our greatest asset has been, and will always be, our people We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the full-time position (100%) of
HR Generalist in our London office to support the Regional HR Manager in overseeing HR operations for our European offices.


As an HR Generalist, you will be the main point of contact for UK local employment inquiries and will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, attending career fairs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain employee benefits, insurance, and pension schemes specific to the UK. This role will also involve participation in HR projects for other offices.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collect interview feedback, maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Register and represent the company at select University Career Fairs.
  • Source talent for the Tricon Academia program in support of the company's hiring strategy.
  • Help new hires integrate into the company culture by providing orientation, training materials and assistance with initial onboarding procedures.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment
  • Develop and coordinate training initiatives and team building activities for the London office.
  • Administer payroll for the London office, ensuring timely payments and accurate calculations.
  • Engage with the Regional HR Manager regarding payroll processing, benefits administration, preemployment screenings, etc.
  • Manage communications between employees and resolve any problems related to interpersonal relations, acting as a trusted intermediary and facilitator.
  • Keep company documents and policies updated, including handbooks, internal regulations, and employment contracts, ensuring employees understand company policies.
  • Develop and maintain benefits administration and pension scheme.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure effective HR operations.
  • Assist with HR reporting and audit requests.
  • Manage immigration process for employees requiring visa
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment for employees.
  • Collaborate with global HR team to rollout and implement HR strategies to enable business objectives and support future business growth.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in HR
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certifications a plus
  • Experience with BambooHR or another HRIS a plus
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency working in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in multiple languages a plus
