Description

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, £180 a day hours per week) overtime available on Saturdays, and can mileage back through Cis.

Purpose of the job:

We are looking for a motivated individual who is energetic and organised with a can-do attitude and great communication skills.

The individual will be expected to engage with customers in their homes to reach install targets and to generate work.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Overall Tasks

Working closely with the operations team to ensure home water audits are complete to an exceptionally high standard
As a part of home water audits, install our HL2024 range of control flow products *training will be provided
Give customers tailoredwater efficiency advice
Liaising with customers and being the first face to face point of contact
Taking water meter readings and flow rate measurements
Identify lead piping, identify leaks and fix leaks where appropriate
Managing diary and ensuringappointments are met

Education and Experience

Experience/background in plumbing (minimum qualification)
Producing reports

Key Competencies

Key Competencies - Confidence/experience using tools. - Clean DBS Check - Valid Driving Licence - A willingness to learn and improve is essential. - Ability to work at speed precisely - Able to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. - Able to work withtablet and mobile devices. - Ability and willingness to learn to use project specific CRM systems

you must have a drivers licence and access to your own vehicle.
