Customer Service / Call Handler

It is part of you to provide the best service and excel with building rapport with your customers


MAIN REQUIREMENT - CALL HANDLING BACKGROUND / OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Following a successful probation period, work ethic, proven skills/knowledge, attendance, etc. there are opportunities of a permanent role with the company, increasing to 21k per year


Duties of the role include:


  • Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job
  • Escalating problems to other members of the team
  • Data entry / use of computer software
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • General administration duties
  • Relevant training provided

Working hours:

Monday-Friday) 30-minute unpaid break


Pay rates:

£10.38 per hour / time and half after 37.5 HOURS
