As our video service continues to grow, we are currently looking for a videographer/editor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

We're looking for an exceptional videographer/editor to make an impact on our business and our clients in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
Currently, we're just seven strong (you'll be number eight) and split into two teams (one team is digital and the other team video).
With the expertise you'll add, we expect our team to grow, meaning there is potential for rapid progression into a more senior role.
We'll enable you to work you with all the tools you'll need to grow and develop, such as training and regular support, as you accomplish your career goals.

The Role
As a videographer/editor here at Ginger, you will be working alongside the Creative Director on video production projects for our extensive and varied client base.
Day to day work at Ginger is varied and exciting with new challenges daily to work on.
This isn't an entry level role - we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running: already has good video filming and editing skills and is passionate about learning and developing themselves and the business.
Responsibilities include
- Liaising with clients about their video projects
- Helping to develop video scripts
- Prepping for video shoots
- Filming video content
- Editing both filmed & illustrated content using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Creating creative assets for marketing materials
- Taking part and contributing in both creative meetings with the team and also client facing meetings
- Using and developing skills in animation and with animation software
- Keeping up with trends in the video world
About You
- At least 3 years' experience of Adobe Creative suite including; Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Proven knowledge of the video landscape
- Proven ability of video production skills with a portfolio to show
- Be able to demonstrate a creative skill of storytelling and bringing things to life
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent project management skills
- A full, valid driving licence and must have own car to use
