Sales Team Leader
An Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing vibrant company based in Leeds.

As Sales Team Leader you will support and motivate the Sales Team to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 p/a based on experience plus excellent benefits.


Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve sales performance targets
  • Motivate individuals to achieve personal and professional goals in line with the company strategy
  • Work cross functionally to support the achievement of wider company goals.
  • Interpret and act on data such as call centre statistics to deliver increased performance.
  • Hold and attend relevant meetings as required e.g.
1:1's, morning meetings.

  • Address performance concerns immediately with a focus on improvement through coaching and support.
  • Previous leadership experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Well organised
  • Previous sales experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds,

West Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
