Job Introduction

NURSERY KEY WORKER

Temporary Contract until 31 August 2025

12.75 Hours per Week (8.15am pm)

3 mornings per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Term-time (39 weeks)

Grade 5 (point 7- 11)

Salary Grade 5:
£24,294 - £25,979 FTE

Actual Salary £7, £7,727-77

We are looking for a Nursey Key Worker to join our existing team with effect from September 2024 to work under the guidance of teaching staff.

Full and relevant qualification is a requirement for the job.

You will be required to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups and support teaching staff in the development and education of children including the provision of detailed and specialist skills/knowledge in particular areas and to assist the teacher in the whole planning cycle.

You will be responsible for the care and well being of pupils and developing good personal and social skills.

You will also need to be reliable and dedicated, have experience of working with children at an appropriate age and be an excellent role model for our pupils by demonstrating qualities of ambition, belief, compassion, pride and respect.
