I am working with a leading organisation who are within the professional services who are looking to recruit an
Office Manager/ Assistant to join their dedicated and hard working team.


Day to day duties include:


  • Office and team management of up to 5 members of staff
  • Supporting with general administrational as across the business
  • Work with the board of directors on various projects, support on management of the projects as well as dealing with external stakeholders
  • Give advice on strategies and change management, supporting these moving forward
  • Provide reports on stages of projects to provide information and insights to senior leadership team
  • Advise on recruitment and any HR queries as and when required
  • Support with any payroll issues/queries as and when required
  • Assist with diary management/ travel arrangements for the directors and senior leadership team

Skills and experience required for the office manager must include:

  • Previous experience within an office management role, varied and fast paced is essential
  • Previous experience working within a professional service industry is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly educated a business degree is preferred however not essential
  • Excellent IT skills including skilled all Microsoft packages

Extra information regarding the office manager role:

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Salary is based on previous experience £35000£45000
  • Working hours are Monday
  • Friday 9am5pm
  • Full time office based
  • Pension contribution
  • 25 days holiday + bank holiday
