**Purpose of the Role: Your role will be to join a growing Passive Fire division, you will report to the Head of Passive Fire Systems.
Dependent on your previous experience you will be trained and mentored on the inspection, maintenance and
testing of Fire Doors, Smoke Control Systems, Fire Dampers, Fire Compartmentation (Stopping) & Emergency
Lighting
This will require you to follow the procedures and inspection processes ensuring accurate completion of the
documents and systems.
You will be trained on our bespoke system inspection software and the processes required for each passive Fire
Discipline.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): To follow the processes provided and take guidance and training from the Head of Passive Fire Systems on the
correct procedures to be followed to comply with our third party certification and British Standards.
- You are required to be diligent and detailed in all inspection processes.
- You will work under the management of the HOPFS, you will then be expected to attend sites and
- Locating and Inspecting Fire Doors using the Software Asset tracking systems provided.
- Locating Smoke/Fire Dampers in Plant Rooms and in Ceiling Voids and access through hatches to drop
software processes provided.
- Locating, Inspection and testing of Smoke Control Systems.
- Undertake surveys and document recommendations and noncompliance and support the business in
- Testing, troubleshooting, and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.
- Provide technical support to the group businesses on Passive Fire Protection Systems.

- Previous experience in Passive Fire Systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in working in a service environment.
- Flexible working hours as this will include the need to work unsociable hours in London and
- Either possess or prepared to learn technical knowledge of all Passive Fire Products, Systems &
- Either possess or prepared to learn Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order, Fire Safety Act & All
