******- Manage and oversee the provision of our People Services administration and advisory service.

Maintain adequate departmental resourcing and provide monthly insights.
Proactively coach, develop, and manage team performance.
Drive a culture of process improvement and data integrity.
Promote key messages to the team and business through various platforms and engagement methods.
Monitor service levels, review progress, and proactively manage areas of concern.
Liaise effectively with all areas of HR, ensuring effective integration and connectivity.
Support the development of new starters to create a great colleague experience.
Support and educate colleagues on legal compliance processes.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD Qualification
