We are a growing business looking to appoint another Financial Services Administrator. This is an exciting business and there is the potential to progress to Paraplanner or Adviser within the business.This role requires you to have the ability to work within a fast pace environment, adapt to industry changes and can adjust to various deadlines and progress within the firm.
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for liaising between the Adviser and Paraplanning team and you will provide a first class support service within the business
Key Accountabilities
- Creating New client packs
- Preparing & sending off client authority letters
- Chasing providers for policy details in a timely manner and inputting details of existing plans once received into the CRM
- Checking Fact Finds are fully completed and where applicable, input the details into client management system
- Checking all Anti Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place
- Client Agreement / Service Agreement / Privacy Notice are signed and dated and on file
- Ensuring the file has all relevant documents before handing to the Paraplanning team
- Tracking new business and the up to date position, and informing Adviser and / or Paraplanner accordingly
- Ensuring all new business has been checked and signed off and policy documents sent to client
- Provide ad hoc valuations on request
- Prepare review packs for Adviser to include generating information from platform / online services
- Generate and send out invoices
- Support the Paraplanning Team to make amendments to client policies under the 4 eye principle
- Support the Office Manager with all business procurement needs
- Telephones, Meet & Greet
Skills
Excellent understanding of the financial planning process
Ability to communicate well at all levels
Ability to be a team player
Proficient in IT skills - word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
Good planning and effective organisational skills
Honesty and integrity
Methodical approach to work
Excellent telephone manner
Experience
Preferably a CII qualification but not essential
Minimum of two years in a Financial Services Administration role
Experience of Intelligent Office essential
Salary:
£20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
