Description
Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an Global Engineering company in their search for a HR Administrator.This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday in their state of the art Facility based in Glenrothes.
What's required?
- 4 years working in a similar HR Administrator role
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Provide assistance to HR enquiries
- Update systems with payroll and other clerical duties
- Assist with onboarding of employees and recruitment/hiring process
- Scheduling of management meetings and training sessions
- Overseeing GDPR when dealing with personal information
- Submitting update and reports on HR activity
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent organisational skills
