Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an Global Engineering company in their search for a HR Administrator.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday in their state of the art Facility based in Glenrothes.


What's required?

  • 4 years working in a similar HR Administrator role
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Provide assistance to HR enquiries
  • Update systems with payroll and other clerical duties
  • Assist with onboarding of employees and recruitment/hiring process
  • Scheduling of management meetings and training sessions
  • Overseeing GDPR when dealing with personal information
  • Submitting update and reports on HR activity
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
