• Prioritise fun, inclusive and safe coaching environments
• Deliver a consistent high standard of coaching sessions
• Plan, deliver and adapt coaching style to ensure age appropriate sessions are delivered
• Plan sessions in line with the Saints Southwest coaching curriculum
• Monitor and review player progress, recommending best Saints Southwest session for their stage of development
• Communicate effectively with other colleagues to ensure coaching programmes are well planned and organised
• Support and manage assistant coaches
• Attend CPD sessions when instructed
• Complete and review your own coach development plan
• Ensure Saints Southwest coaching programme aims and objectives are well understood and clearly represented within sessions

• Experience working in relevant coaching environment

You must be flexible and adaptable with high levels of self-motivation and an enthusiasm to work with children, whilst also being self-motivated to remain up-to date and keep abreast of current and future ways of practice.
