Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Primary Education Specialist

Maidstone

With freedom to build a business in your own way you will be tasked with increasing our footprint in the primary Education market.

You will recruit and clear teachers and teaching assistants, make placements using your judgement of suitability, skills and qualifications and ultimately manage complex client partnerships with long-term goals in mind.

You will develop the temporary business including supply teachers but also build a permanent desk to increase revenue.

Pearson Whiffin Education have a market leading approach to salary and commission packages for its consultants.

Every consultant is given the freedom to express themselves through business planning and weekly desk plans but with the support of experienced management along the way.

To be considered for this Education Recruitment Consultant you will need:

Experience of recruitment, sales or experience in the education sector
Some knowledge and understanding of safer recruitment processes and regulations in Education
The ability to identify and recruit high quality teachers and teaching assistants from the market
The ability to manage client relationships and partnerships
A friendly and professional phone manner
