Oakley Food Projects is looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic CRM Assistant to join our Business Development team, and will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system, as well as researching and validating key stakeholders within businesses and registering their details on the system.

Previous CRM administration experience is desired for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Source and identify prospects online and through other means, register and log on company CRM database
  • Maintain and update data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of prospect information
  • Provide support for sales activities by creating reports on lead conversions and contacting potential clients to set up appointments for sales staff.
  • Log all communications and calls on CRM
  • Book appointments for sales team and manage calendars. Liaise with sales members and other marketers accordingly.

Office based, 39 hours per week.

Monday to Thursday working hours 8am - 5pm, and Friday 8am - 4pm.

£24,000-£26,000 per annum.
