The Information Security Concierge Professional will drive and support developers in remediating non compliant software to help Markets Technology to attain compliance within Risk Appetite.

Information Security
Information Security is of vital importance to the Bank and it's clients.

While part of the concierge team, a key objective of this role is to facilitate the implementation of Citi's information security policies.

- Understand IS requirements and present them to development teams, in an actionable format

  • Assist development teams with their development effort to comply with IS policy
  • Work with IS teams to improve detection and prioritisation processes
  • Manage and lead work group meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda and minutes
  • Report project metrics and status in presentations for senior management
  • Enable the Markets Development teams to remain within Risk Appetite

How We Will Work:


  • We treat developers as clients.
  • Take away difficult, nondevelopercentric activities from our teams, and handle those activities for them in a structured, consistent fashion, with clear timelines and regular updates
  • Build a knowledge base of these tasks, so that we can respond promptly and efficiently
  • Support all communication styles that work for developers chat, mail, calls.
  • Enable developers to raise issues with minimum effort to track progress, our own productivity and we will use the statistics that we generate, to drive automation of the key developer pain points

Qualifications:


  • Experience in an Application Support role.
  • Experience with Java and willingness/ability to learn.
  • Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritization
  • Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that nonIT staff can understand.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Issue tracking and reporting using tools
  • Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.
  • Good allround technical skills
  • Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
  • Ability to plan and organize workload
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
