The School/role:

A fantastic school in Walsall are currently looking for a fulltime superstar SEN teaching assistant to work within a KS3 class.

The school aims to provide a secure environment where all the children's individual needs are recognised and catered for.

The school require someone committed to the role as they need consistency for the children, in return the school will offer all the support and additional training you may need.

A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.

Requirements:

Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
Complex ASC experience
Challenging Behaviour experience
Nonverbal students experience
PECS users alongside communication books
Level 1 safeguarding certificate
Recent school based references

Valid Photo ID

Driving Licence or passport
Full DBS on the update service
