The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Level III Early Years Educator with a minimum of 1 years of valuable experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Role:
As a Level III Early Years Educator with SEN experience, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and implementation of tailored learning plans for children with SEN. Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs. Collaborating with our passionate team to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitoring and assessing children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Building positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and external specialists involved in a child's development. Contributing to the overall success and growth of our early years program.


Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
A Level III Early Years Educator qualification. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN). A genuine passion for fostering inclusive learning environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to continuous professional development.
