We have an excellent new role to join K Binks Heating as an Admin Apprentice.They are a well-established company that has been trading for over 60 years and are now looking to bolster their growing team by taking on an Admin Apprentice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Booking or researching of travel and accommodation
- Ordering stationery or equipment
- Coaching others
- Analysing data
- Producing reports
- Using a database to add new information and update the system
- Processing payments (can be part of the payment process if not the end part i.e. invoicing, updating payment on Sage or spreadsheet, paying for items on a company credit card etc.)
- Communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders (including some type of social media i.e. WhatsApp, Teams, Facebook, Linked in etc.)
- Liaising with engineers regarding booking in jobs and ordering materials
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient Microsoft skills
- Great time management skills
