Overall Purpose of the Job


To support the Product Owner, Business Lead, Project Manager, and key stakeholders within Faculties with administrating the documents, articles and outputs associated with designing, developing and implementing new policies, processes and ways of working.

The post holder will support workstreams with maintain plans, risk logs, budget records, highlight reports, document sets, change control and meeting arrangements.


The post holder will administrate the business readiness checklist plans to ensure the new ways of scheduling teaching and learning activities meets the business needs of the University.


Key to this role will be to engage with stakeholders across Teaching and Learning to create a sense of unity and common purpose advocated the benefits and principles on which the new ways of working are based upon.

Therefore, the post holder will require strong inter-personal skills to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from Teaching and Learning and adopt techniques to drive forward the new ways of working.


It is desirable (but not essential) that the post holder has experience and knowledge of timetabling administration activities, such as curriculum design frameworks or processes used to schedule teaching and learning activities into space.
