Description
Manufacturing Team Leader, Wallasey Kinetic Recruitment are looking for a Team Leader for a company based in Wallasey. Working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm £ £13.65 per hour This is a temp to perm position.


The role:

  • Supporting the supervisor with management of the manufacturing area
  • Supervising a production plan, ensuring quality and safety
  • Train and develop the team, provide support
  • Aid managers in performance and training reviews
  • Manage overtime and absence cover have a flexible approach to working hours to meet business demands.
  • Using initiative
  • Must have organisational & problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, analyse and challenge Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in a leadership role
