An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 x Band 6 Sister/Charge nurse posts to form a new team within SACT services for the assessment and delivery of Oral SACT.

SACT services provide treatments for up to 160 patients per day. This unit provides treatment to patients with a variety of different cancer diagnosis. Within the whole service we administer Intravenous and Oral SACT to many sites across Greater Manchester.


This postholder will form part of a new initiative focusing on our Oral SACT service at The Christie Withington site, independent to our Intravenous SACT delivery.

This will provide an opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a smaller team alongside our pharmacy and medical staff.
